RETURNS & WARRANTY
If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by a Customer Service Representative. We do not accept change of mind. Returns will be refunded less the shipping cost.
If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund provided items are unopened and all packaging is intact. Both return postage costs will be at your expense.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
1. A copy of your delivery note or your order number
2. Return authorisation (obtainable from a Customer Service Representative)
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending it via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
All our products are quality checked and tested prior to shipping and come with 6 months standard warranty for personal mask and 1 year standard warranty for the advance & professional mask . If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please email us a copy of your invoice and a detailed description of the issue. We may ask you to provide images and/or video of the issue.
Our products are for personal use only. Any products used for commercial use will not be covered under warranty.
We will not replace any items that has been tampered with or damaged by you. This may include but not limited to incorrect care procedures, such as excess oil left on products damaging sensors or lights, misuse of cables and dropped items causing cracks or damage. Our friendly customer service team are here to help you and will work with you to rectify any issues.
